PART TRANSFER 

Parts would be processed on an 18” wide galvanized steel flat wire belt. The belt speed is adjustable from 1-4fpm. A 1\2 hp dc motor and a speed reducer is used. Part opening is 12”.

SOLUTION PUMPS

“Gusher” Vertical, carbon steel wet end construction, centrifugal type pumps, complete with throttling valves, and liquid-filled pressure and temperature gauges will be used. The pump will be sized to provide 30 gpm @ 20 psi .

SOLUTION TANKS

The solution tanks are fabricated of 10 gauge 304 stainless steel sheet stock. Access is provided through the tank extensions with vapor-sealed stainless steel covers. Each tank is provided with an overflow and skimming dam, 2” dia. overflow piping will be used. 1 1/2” diameter water fill piping with an anti-siphon break and a bob float type valve for liquid level control. The tank has a marine-type door on the back-side of the tank to assist in the clean-out of the tanks and for required maintenance.

UPPER HOUSING

The upper housing and roof will is constructed of # 10 gauge 304 stainless steel, welded sheet complete with all required structural reinforcing. Each stage in the upper housing has access doors for maintenance.

HEATING SYSTEM

Watlow 24kw incoloy sheathed immersion heater capable of 140F

SPRAY NOZZLES

The spray nozzles will be “Spraying System”. Screw in nozzles will be used. The spray pattern will be designed for complete part coverage. All spray piping is schedule 40 stainless steel. The upper and lower spray risers have individually adjustable flow valves. 

VENTILATION

There must be adequate ventilation to keep any solution from escaping from the machine. A 12” 1200cfm @ 1/2” static pressure exhauster is provided.

ELECTRICALS AND CONTROL PANEL

The machine will have a custom-built, pre-wired, tested, NEMA 12 rated control panel. All control circuits will be pre-wired to a terminal strip. IEC  rated “Allen Bradley” starters, pushbuttons, and relays will be used in the construction and assembly of the panel. Motors are TEFC dual voltage pre-wired for 480vac 3 phase 60hz operation. All motors will have flexible water-tight conduit and fittings provided.

BLOW-OFF STAGE

A Blower is used to provide recirculation of the hot air. A “
Chromolox” 15KW in-line air duct heater will be used to provide heat up to 180F to dry the parts. The machine has upper and lower air knives that are fabricated from 304 stainless steel.

WARRANTY

Wayne Machine has gone through the machine and has deemed the machine and its components fully functional at the time of shipping. Wayne Machine will provide a lifetime warranty against welds, and leaks in the tank as long as they are not chemically compromised. Wayne Machine will provide a one-year warranty on components but will exclude normal wear items. Wayne Machine Manufacturers Inc. will not warrant items subject to abuse or used in any manner in which it was not intended. The warranty will start upon acceptance of the equipment.

FILTRATION

The Wash stage is provided with a stainless steel bag filtration system. The piping will have liquid-filled pressure gauges to monitor the pressure differential to ensure your process.
